Peak Capital Associates is a private equity firm that purchases smaller IT Services firms, typically under $20MM in revenue. Our firm works with founder or management-owned companies. We understand that owner/operators may wish to exit or take out some of the equity they’ve built into their business. Our partnership will work to keep their company continuing on, healthy and growing. Mergers typically retain the location, staff and operations of the existing firm, partnering it with other members of our growing MSP network.

Our operators have bootstrapped their own business and understand the importance of continuing the work of the existing founder or owners. We respect the work you’ve done, and will take the organization to the next level.
