Rob has over 30 years in IT Services and is an experienced MSP operator focused on customer service while delivering leading technology solutions. He started his career at American Airlines Decision Technologies where he ran big data and customer segmentation projects worldwide. Rob’s career then took him to CIO positions at medium-sized companies. Eventually, Rob’s entrepreneurial spirit drove him to start his own company, iPremise, in 2003, kicking off one of the first MSP’s in Denver. In 2016, Rob sold his company and continued participating in the MSP rollup strategy with NexusTek concluding with a successful exit.
Rob obtained his M.S. in Industrial Engineering from the University of Illinois.
Sam, Managing Partner, is a seasoned investor, having been an investor for the majority of his career, and has significant expertise in the M&A process, corporate strategy, turnarounds, acquisition integration and realizations through sales, public offerings and recapitalizations. He is actively involved in providing insight and guidance on all investment and portfolio related decisions of the firm.
Prior to his private equity career, Sam was an investment banker at a bulge bracket bank. He obtained his university degrees in accounting, finance, and liberal arts.
